No #1 - Sugar

Sugar is a complete source of empty calories as it have 100% of energy and no other nutrient. 

The desirable way to consume sugar is through diet as it occurs naturally in fruits, vegetables, dry fruit, milk/milk product. cut down on sweets, candies, chocolates, soft drinks, fruit juices, biscuits. sugar should be consumed in moderation.

Sugar has been directed related to many diseases and is one of the biggest factors when it comes to obesity.

No #2 - Caffeine

I must admit, I love to have my morning coffee and so do millions of people around the world. I'm not saying that removing coffee completely is necessary but like anything else, moderation is the key.

Coffee is the major source of caffeine. coffee beans are grown with the use of pesticides and herbicides that are toxic in nature. 

Caffeine is also found in chocolates, colas and other soft drinks so better to avoid them.

Excess of saturated fat intake can lead to obesity, increased cholesterol levels which further lead to heart related problems and a host of other disorders.

Well, this is not actually a food but I felt it needed to be added to this list due to the massive problem it causes millions of people.
